“Dr Nelson is one of the most kindest and nicest doctors I know. He takes time to explain everything to you and has such a warm smile. He also is very humorous and that made me feel real comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Nelson and his nurses. Also the young lady at the desk that checks you in is very sweet and polite. Kudos to her too.”
